And they did it!

A big cheer to our Welsh 3000s teams

On May 28th, 29th and 30th a team of 6 walkers completed the Welsh 3000s, 3 day challenge.

On June 18th, another team of 5 walker took on the incredible 24 hour challenge.

They all did it to raise funds and awareness for the work of Dignity. Money is still coming in but it looks like the team will have raised a whopping £14,000! Incredible!!

We want to say a massive, huge, big thank you to all of them!!! They all went out of their way to do something amazing to raise money to support Dignity and those we work with.

The Challenge

The Welsh 3000s saw our teams conquering the 15 Welsh mountains with summits above 3000 feet. The course is 30 miles long and includes over 12,600 feet of ascent. They really worked hard for their sponsorship and many of you made it worth their while by generously sponsoring them. Thank you!

But why did they do it?

Our intrepid walkers were raising money to support people like Precious. Watch her story here.

It’s not too late to support the team

You can support people like Precious and help make our teams training, dedication and hard work all worth while by sponsoring one of them. Click on any of their names to go to their fundraising pages.
