Giving Dignity

The Good News: We have a new Impact Team starting in Central Province.

The Bad News: We need to fund it!

In February we have a new Impact Team starting. That’s around $600 USD per month in extra funds that Dignity has to find. This money comes from the kind donations of many individuals and donations and we thank you for all of them!

We know that 2011 has been a tough year for many people and that the situation for many people is not as easy as it could have been. However, I’d like you to think seriously about whether this new Impact Team is something you could give to.

When I was working as a Software Engineer many years ago, I remember giving to a college in Africa. That college today is now a major provider of education in Uganda. My time and money feel liberated for having been a very small part of their work in the past. Some of your work and time can mean a fantastic opportunity for many people.

To be part of their work is easy. We will handle all of the niggles and difficult stuff, you can simply do one of the following:

1) Email enquiries@dignityonline.org.uk for details of how to give us money or set up a standing order.

2) Have a look at Dignity’s Just Giving Page, where you can give by Visa, Mastercard or by bank transfer.

3) You can use the Giving Dignity gift scheme, where you can sponsor a particular item.

Thanks for considering our work and the work of many villagers across Southern Africa.
